Crown thinning
Bromley
Our crown thinning service helps to maintain the existing shape of your tree.
Crown thinning is typically used to maintain the existing shape of a tree whilst increasing the amount of light through the canopy. Often specific in percentage (ie. 30%), crown thinning is carried out by removing secondary branches to allow more light through the canopy.
Thinning may sometimes include a degree of crown reduction where there are particularly heavy areas of branches that break the natural shape of the tree, although care is taken to ensure this process generally does not change the overall size or shape of the tree.

We were very happy with not only the work they done, but also how clean & tidy it was all left on completion! 👏🏼
It was nice to have friendly, conscientious & a well mannered team undertaking the job. Our garden & large trees have been restored & are now manageable 🌲🌳

Ross came back and suggested slate on top of weed surpressing membrane with yew topiary shrubs.
They've made a lovely job of this area, not easy as it is on a slope.
would definitely recommend them.
