Unless you have advised that you’d like to keep the timber (e.g. for use as firewood), we will ensure that all timber and waste is safely and properly disposed of at registered sites, and recycled where possible. If we are able to access the area where the works are being completed, you will not need to be home, but we are always very happy to see clients on site to ensure works are carried out to your entire satisfaction. However if through access is required, we ask that you are present until completion of the job.

In most situations, no payment is required in advance. We will provide an invoice promptly upon completion of the work, you are able to pay by cash or online banking upon receipt of the invoice.
